If you find that task are overwhelming or unmanageable, then you can break it down into a series of smaller, more manageable tasks which are spread out over a longer time frame, with some of the tasks removed from the list entirely through the delegation.
4. Connect to others:
In fact, face to face interactions trigger a cascade of hormones that counteracts the body’s defensive fight or the flight response. There is nothing more calming than spending some time with another human being who makes you feel better and understand. You have to keep in mind that the people who talk with you need not have the ability fix your stress. They may simply need to be a good listener and allow you to open up and release your stress.
