Within the engagement at all the levels of the organisation, investment in a coaching culture will achieve the greater traction and superior results.

5. Understand and value personality difference:

When you are coaching your staff, be aware that each person will have different motivators and also communication styles. You should learn the styles of your team in order to adapt your communication to the listener for the increase in the impact. If anybody slower to speak and to respond, for example, you allow them time to think and process rather than interrupting with the helpful suggestions.
